"Henceforth,
the Krewe of Madison in addition to meeting on Mardi Gras, shall
come together to celebrate the following three Holidays as symbolized
by the colors of Carnival and our Krewe, Green, Purple & Gold:

Green
for St Patrick's Day (also, the Feast of Bacchus): March
17

the Festival of Dionysius, god of wine: October 3

for Founder's Day -- The Krewe of Madison founded on my
